June is a really busy time of year. We celebrate the dads in our life, those who are graduating and, since it is wedding season, many of us have weddings to attend or anniversaries to celebrate. Below are some Fun Finds to help get you though this summer season of celebration.
Ideas for Dad
Have a dad in your life who loves to golf? Kate, at Laughing Kids Learn, shares how to maker personalized golf balls. Your youngest artist can get into the fun with dots and scribbles, while the more advanced artist could draw favorite team logos, your home state or other meaningful pictures.
If dad is more into fishing, make him his own mini tackle box with gummy fish. The ladies over at Eighteen25 have a cute little printable and some picture inspiration to get you started.

It is always fun to hear how preschoolers describe things, especially their dad who is often their hero. Craft Caravan made this fun little printable to help you record what type of Superhero your little ones think is like. They can draw in his face or past a picture. They can even add themselves as his little sidekick!

Ideas for the Grad
The graduate in your life might be making big steps into adulthood by graduating from high school or college. Or your graduate might be a little smaller, entering the no less intimidating world of Kindergarten or (gulp) first grade!
Our kids change so quickly, it is hard to remember exactly what they were like a year ago. Use Positively Splendid's Final Day of Preschool interview to capture a few pieces of this fleeting moment in time.

Crafty Mornings simple glass bottle gift is a simple, creative way to give money to the graduate. For the smaller graduate in your life, you could fill the jar with other special treats or lists of fun things you are going to do this summer.

Gifts for the Love that Lasts a Lifetime
Sometimes anniversaries are filled with a fancy dinner or a night away. Other times, they are more simple: an extra kiss, the comment that you would do it all over again. These little gifts lie somewhere in the middle. Simple ideas to share with the one you love to show that you are thinking of him.
For the practical man in your life, this tutorial from How Does She? tells you how to turn the simple gift of socks into something a little more special.

A Year of Date-Nights
Since our last two MOPS speakers (Susan Yates and our Pops Stars Panel) both talked about the importance of regular dates nights, I'm going to leave you with several links on how you could put together a year of date-nights for your and your sweetie. This gift will take a little more time and effort (and potentially money depending on your date choices) but the time you will get to spend together will be worth it. Consider a mix of in-home dates and going out dates so that you can make sure it happens even if a babysitter isn't available every month.
