With little tinies to take care of, and slightly bigger ones wanting attention, it is often hard to find a moment of rest when you need it most. This week when you are feeling frazzled and ready to loose it, stop. Take ten deep breaths.
Better yet, go to the quietest place to you get to and then take those 10 deep breaths. Your house should not implode in the few seconds you take to stop and regroup. However, you might keep yourself from imploding and hold back the regret and tears that often follow.
